Starting from the year 2002 «BALTIJAS INTEНNIКAS GRUPА» LTD is a part of the companies which deal with wood industry. Our manufacturing capacity is situated in Latvia, Russia and Belorussia. All these years the companies of the group have been dealing with manufacturing of wood chips using the equipment «Farmi» and «Bruks» as an additional business for utilisation of waste and increase of the effectiveness of the main business.
In 2008 the direction of the manufacturing of wood chips and pellets was set a side as a separate one. Regrettably, in spite of big reserves of wood in Russia and Belorussia, these countries have serious infrastructure and administrative limitations for the organisation of high-volume production of biofuel on the territories of these countries. After long examination and optimisation of all the stages of manufacturing of wood chips and combustible pellets we chose Latvia as the place of main manufacturing capacity.
The manufacturing of «BALTIJAS INTEНNIКAS GRUPА» LTD is situated in the zone of the Freeport of Riga in Latvia. We produce wood chips only from round wood that allows us to achieve high production quality, absence of additional adulterants, low content of bark and as a result - refuse burnout. The supply of wood is performed on the basis of long-term contracts from state forests of Latvia, Russia and Belorussia. High-performance modern equipment is used – wood chipper “Doppstadt DH 910” and loading machines “Sennebogen”.
